All items posted in the AU are sent via Australia Post, the shipping time for this service is 48 hours delivery. Allow up to 5 working days for us to prepare your item for delivery and then another 2 working days to receive it. Usual waiting time for your item will be 5-7 working days (including delivery time), except from busy festive periods in which case delays will occur.

Once your item has been sent from our warehouse you will automatically receive an email to let you know your item is on its way, your item should arrive within 3 working days of receiving the email. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us if your item has still not arrived after receiving the dispatch email. Your dispatch email will also include your tracking number which you can use to track on the Australia Post website.
